We were fortunate to be part of E3 2017 thanks to Devolver Digital and the Indie Megabooth. While we have been to many shows over the last few years, the behemoth that is E3 was something like no other. Rather than the traditional non-stop talking to the consumer and showing off Roto Color Rhythm, the time was mostly spent organising meetings with press, publishers and anyone else who was around that took interest in the game. If you ever want to punish your body with stress, lack of sleep and too much alcohol, then E3 is great for you!
The crowning showcase event was during the Indie Megabooth mixer event, where we were able to hook up to a massive LED wall with kick ass speakers. Check out the pictures below to see the epic-ness of the setup. Outside of the event we had some smaller showcases with eager gamers and music lovers. Unfortunately we were so busy with our stuff that the only games we did get to see were those other indie titles in the Devolver lot (which were all great!). Time to catch up on trailers now.
Overall our mission at E3 was to get feedback on the game and chat with publishers. We managed to do both and will hopefully have some big news to share soon about further developments with Roto Color Rhythm. We will soon start revealing some new features coming into the game over the next few months, and keep you all in the loop on development.
